CARIBBEAN COUNCIL FOR THE BLIND 44th Anniversary Meeting(Biennial General Meeting, 2011) Hosted by theTrinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association&Persons Associated with Visual Impairment  The meetings will review the performance of CCB and its members and partners over the past two (2) years. Special attention will be placed on the implementation (across the Caribbean) of :•Vision 2020: The Right To Sight•The Global Education for All Initiative, with special emphasis on children with visual impairments, (EFA-VI)•The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)
